LEAD BASED PAINTS

SELC employees certified and licensed staff to perform comprehensive lead-based paint inspections and risk assessments following HUD Guidelines. Our staff is experienced with X-Ray Fluorescence sampling technology. SELC also performs paint chip sampling and wipe sampling.

CLANDESTINE DRUG LAB ASSESSMENTS

A devastating side-effect to the nation’s growing methamphetamine production epidemic is the question of what to do with the remaining structure after the lab has been discovered and operations ceased. SELC specializes in the assessment of former methamphetamine laboratories. We can assist you with the identification of the presence of meth and develop a plan for the remediation of the clandestine laboratory and perform confirmation sampling to verify the success of the effort for re-occupancy of the structure.
